Custom Machine and System Design
Purpose-built machines, fixtures and lines for production steps no catalogue machine solves.

Overview
Not every production problem is solved by a machine off the shelf. When your process contains a specific assembly, test, feeding or clamping step, we design, build and commission the machine that performs it.
Projects begin by observing the existing process on site. A specification written without measuring cycle time, operator movement, reject rate and ergonomics usually describes the wrong machine.
Mechanical design, pneumatic and electrical schematics and control logic are developed together. Drives, linear motion systems and sensors are selected with spare part availability in mind, because a hard-to-source component is the most common cause of extended downtime.
The project closes with factory acceptance testing, on-site installation, operator training and a spare parts list.
How we proceed
- Step 01
Site analysis
The current process is observed on site and cycle times and bottlenecks measured.
- Step 02
Concept and specification
Working principle, capacity and safety requirements are documented.
- Step 03
Detail design
Mechanical, pneumatic and electrical design and component selection are completed.
- Step 04
Manufacture and assembly
Parts are produced and the machine is built and pre-tested in the workshop.
- Step 05
Commissioning
Installation, acceptance testing and operator training are carried out.
